Don't Forget!!



Hey Kingman Elementary and Middle School, we have a late start on the Monday, March 30! Why is it good to get an extra hour of sleep? It is good because you can have better health. If you do not get enough sleep, you have a higher chance of getting heart disease, diabetes, obesity or heart attacks. Less pain is also a plus, as in if you have chronic pain, sleeping will actually make it less painful. Sleeping can actually make you safer.  When driving you have more focus and your relax more. Better mood is another benefit.  You are not cranky all the time since lack of sleep can affect your emotions. Clearer thinking is still another benefit.  Sleep loss can affect how you think and do every day task.
