Do You Think My Blanket is Soft???

Do You Think My Blanket is Soft???

Hey students of Kingman, here is a question about late starts and some facts about sleeping. What are you going to do, sleep in or wake up early? I personally will sleep in late rather than wake up early just for an extra hour. Many articles say that getting one extra hour before school would help tremendously. Even 30 minutes would greatly change a teenager’s attitude. Younger kids also need lots of sleep since their bodies are not as developed and they should sleep in. But don’t sleep in too long as it will not be good for you, but only if you sleep for about 10 hours or more. And while you sleep your body is repairing itself, keeping you healthy. The last thing you should know is that with enough sleep you will feel better about nearly anything. There you have it--some interesting facts and fun things about why you should sleep in.
