If you think you know Ms. Stimatze, think again! Ms.
Stimatze is the eighth grade girls Kingman Middle School basketball coach.
Although she has only coached two years at this school, she has coached
altogether ten years at Dodge City, Santana, and Kiowa, Colorado. She thinks
that the players have been improving this year. She thinks both seventh and
eighth grade will place high in the tournament this year. She has been involved
with athletes her whole life, but it all started in Macksville Grade School and
High School. She likes to coach because she likes to be able to teach young
ones to play. Other than coaching, she is an art teacher, mom, and a
grandmother. She is also a volleyball coach and she used to coach track. If she
had to give up coaching, she would like to travel to new places. Now you know a
little more about the basketball coach, Ms. Stimatze.
