A few people were interviewed about field trips and learning outside of school. When they were asked “How do you feel about field trips?” they responded with: “I love them”, “It’s a cool way to learn”, “They could get better”, “They are really fun”.
They were also asked “Should we have more field trips?” There were all positive answers: “yes”, “yes”, “yes”, “yes”, and more replied with the same answer.
The last question was “Should we spend more time learning outside of the school?” Everyone had some good replies: “Yes”, “Depends on the weather”, “Depends on what they’re learning”. They all had some good responses, and they all seemed excited to do more.
Personally, I think we should have more field trips, but it depends on the school budget. I love field trips; it’s definitely a very fun way to learn and it’s fun to just have random field trips. I also think we should learn more outside of school, but it does depend on the weather, and the students’ behavior.
